How long will my delivery take?
Roland DG UK Stock Item Deliveries
If your order is placed and paid for by 12pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) the item will be shipped by DPD for delivery the next working day, if the part isn’t in stock in the UK items are shipped from Roland's European Warehouse in Holland therefore can be subject to delays, usually 3-5 days. Please note that for Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands this is not a guaranteed service.
I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?
Please contact us to request a return and you will be issued with an RMA number. Then, send your order back to us – at your own cost – in its original sealed packaging. Upon receipt of the goods and providing they have not been tampered with, we will refund your account/credit card minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
How can I make sure my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a delivery note by email
Can I ship to a third party delivery address?
Yes you can, simply select a different address when prompted at the online checkout screen.
You sent me the wrong product, what should I do?
As soon as you inform us of the mistake we will arrange delivery of the correct item and for a courier to collect the old item from your premises.

How do I return an item?
Please contact us to request a return and you will be issued with an RMA number. Then, send your order back to us – at your own cost – in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods and providing they have not been tampered with, we will refund your account/credit card minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
If we shipped an incorrect product, as soon as you inform us of the mistake we will arrange to send the correct item to you and ask a courier to pick the wrong item up.
Your account/credit card will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods.
